Welcome! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I have been at Herndon since 2010, and both of my children attend school here too. My husband's name is Todd, and he is a graphic designer. In addition to our two children, we have a yellow lab named Archie and two kittens, Dobby and Luna (who are both named after characters in Harry Potter).

 

I began my college career at BPCC, where I earned my associate's degree with a concentration in psychology. I then went on to Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration. After working in banking and in non-profit, I went back to school to become a teacher. I graduated with a master's degree in Educational Leadership in September of 2018.

 

I love to teach. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, saving quotes from books I've read, weightlifting, traveling, and dancing.
